1994 Age 5
First limiting belief that I remember creating about my physical appearance
1996 Age 7
Baby sister born - felt I wasn't Enough.
1998 Age 10
Baby brother born
2002-2006 Age 14-17
Changed schools in year 9
General high school shenanigans (parties, boys)
So much teenage angst (body image, depression, who am I?)
2007 Age 18
First real fad diet
Had my heart broken
Started University (didn’t finish Uni)
Met my now-husband (online)
2008 Age 19
Completed a Massage and Aromatherapy course
Started comfort eating
Met my now-husband (in person) and began long distance relationship
2009 Age 20
Moved to country Queensland to a property 40 minutes from civilisation
Put on a lot of weight
Got married
2010 Age 21
Visited Canada - met my in-laws
Started exercising and watching my portions at home
Started a new job
Moved off isolated farm property and into town
2011 Age 22
Started second fad diet
Walked my dog daily
Roadtripped Australian East Coast
Moved to Canada with my husband
2012 Age 23
Started at gym again
Adjusted (poorly) to life in Canada
Worked at Dairy Queen and then at an employment agency
2013 Age 24
Started third fad diet
Completed Accounting and Events Management courses
Continued gym
Went home to Australia for Christmas
2014 Age 25
Started at my growth-promoting job
Completed Nutrition, Integrative Health and Wellness Business courses
Trained for 5km run (I am Not a runner)
Travelled to Montana and New York
2015 Age 26
Started using training programs - confidence improving
Completed Wellness coaching (beginner), a few soft skills/admin-type courses
Travelled around Canada
Sustained neck/shoulder injury
2016 Age 27
Developed own training programs
Travelled to Hawaii
Left our awesome jobs and moved back to the warmth of Australia
2017 Age 28
Completed Wellness Coaching training
Worked for the Health Dept on contract and then at a small consulting firm
Started Strive Wellness
Continued with healthy lifestyle
