Every day, I want you to take a moment, whether it's in the shower or on your drive to work, to think what would make me happy today? And do that thing. It can be tiny, such as drink a coffee on the porch, or watch the kids play. It could even be doing something kind for someone else. And when you take that moment, savour it. Happiness isn't a destination, it's made up of tiny mindful moments...
The four main reasons Strive Blog was started are Accountability, Networking and Collaboration, Community and to Change the World. Strive Blog is a crucial piece of Strive Wellness Coaching and serves as an outlet for me, as your coach, to give more.
My plan for this blog is to provide content that you love, find useful and motivating, inspiring you to take action for your own wellness. I will be talking about many aspects such as sleep, nutrition, mental health, life observations, water, alcohol, what to do at certain events/situations when it comes to food etc., my thoughts on certain aspects or methods of weight loss, recipes, relationships.
Wellness coaching can be many things but to me, it’s about releasing the pressure you’ve put on yourself. It’s about figuring out what really matters to you and finding that motivation to go for it. My job as your coach is to help you find what really matters, dig deep into your values and strengths and develop a true vision of what you want your life to be like.
