As a teenager, I struggled with body image. My weight fluctuated for years; cycling through fad diets, guilt, anxiety, depression, and I had no self-confidence. Falling on and off the bandwagon made me feel like a failure because I couldn’t stick to any diet or exercise plan.


I was also:

  • busy - I had no TIME for exercise or meal prep

  • on a budget - healthy eating was too expensive

  • overwhelmed and had no idea where to start

  • officially "plus sized" at over 110kgs

  • Sick to death of my own bullshit excuses.

So, I figured out how to make it all work.

Finding a clear and positive focus, with inspiring goals, creating a tangible plan and action steps. This sparked my motivation and I WANTED to start "showing up" for myself. Everything else will sort of fell into place.The weight came off and amazingly, my mind started to shift massively in a more positive direction, and I felt happier. 

Since then I’ve lost over 38kgs (84lbs); proving to myself that this approach works. I finally feel like I have my shit together. I'm energised, more confident, much more organised and purposeful. I am SO SO proud of myself, and I know to my core that you can feel this way too.

I also remember feeling lonely throughout the process. I can help you by providing that support that I was missing. Making you even more successful in your goals! 

As your coach, I'm a non-judgmental outsider. I'm here to support you, whilst calling you out on your shit. To guide you, provide accountability and structure so that you can effortlessly find your motivators and reach your goals.
